Whether you're celebrating or not, we wanted to give everyone a big THANK YOU again for supporting our project and we wish you a happy and joyful day today!
As mentioned in the last backer update, we ran a smoke test for the BackerKit Survey yesterday and it was received well. No backers reported issues so we have now sent out invitations out to everyone.
If you did not receive an email invitation from BackerKit, it might be lost or in your spam folder. However, you can follow the instructions below to retrieve your survey link manually:
1. Visit https://ion-pen.backerkit.com/
2. Enter in your Kickstarter email address
3. Your survey link will be emailed to you, click on the email to access the survey
4. Provide us your shipping address, browse optional add-ons, and pay applicable shipping fees.
5. Complete checkout and you're all done!
If you need time to answer your survey, don't worry as we do not plan to LOCK DOWN the survey for approx. 1-2 weeks which gives you time to think things over if you're on the fence about add-ons, etc. However, the sooner you complete the survey the better and faster we can move on our end.
