Two reasons for why we are not yet finished; First, there are still approx. 22 backers who have not yet completed their BackerKit Surveys (e.g. confirmed rewards, paid for shipping fees and/or provided us an address to ship the rewards) and second, we under-forecasted the RED PREMIUM GLASS GLOW-IN-THE-DARK VIALS, and were not able to ship these remaining 7 backers who purchased this ADD-ON. However, we are getting more in about 5 to 7 business days. We apologize for the delay in getting these last orders out. As soon as the vials arrive we will send them out ASAP.

Hey Backers,
Just a quick backer update to address some concerns. First...
For those backers who purchased ADD-ONS (especially the Glow-in-the Dark vials) please open your package carefully when you receive it and DO NOT throw away the packaging material until you've double checked inside of it. The vials are very small (inside of a small ziplock baggy) and might be stuck to the inside of the walls of the packaging material.
We apologize for not explaining this sooner but here is a brief video on how to remove the standard vials that come included with your pen...
Note: The premium glass vials and real tritium vials (if you can get them) are made of glass so they will remove and install much easier than the standard (plastic) versions.
We are still shipping out orders but are happy to see backers are starting to receive their pens. =) We have officially sent out 50% of rewards and need more time to finish, especially the international ones which takes longer for us to process as we work with a third party sorting company. We will be back again soon with another update as we come closer to finishing those.
If you have questions about your order, please send us a private message through Kickstarter. It is a bit harder to handle post-campaign issues in the comments section because it is public and we may need you to confirm your private information when discussing; for example your full name, shipping address, email address that you used for Kickstarter, etc. Please send us a private message instead of leaving customer service questions in the comments. It also makes it easier for us to find your pledge reward information. 🙏🏻

Just a quick update to let you know we are officially shipping out rewards today and throughout the remainder of the week!
If you do not get a tracking number by this Friday, April 14th, 2023 please make sure you have answered your BackerKit Survey and that there are no payments due for shipping fees, optional add-ons, etc. and that you have provided us your shipping address. If you are sure you have completed the survey correctly, please send us a private message and we will take a closer look at your account and assist.

Hey Backers,
We received a small batch of copper and brass pens last week and we were able to ship just a handful of some of the Priority Mail backers. However, this was just a small test batch of shipments.
The remaining pens come in from our manufacturing partner next week which will allow us to officially move into the Shipping Phase of the project. We will begin the official shipping phase on Wednesday, April 12th, 2023!
We will be pre-printing shipping labels this week which means if you successfully completed your BackerKit Survey (e.g. answered survey and with no pending payments due) you will be receiving emails with tracking numbers that have been assigned to your package. This does not mean we physically shipped out your package yet. Please take note that there will not be any tracking number movement online for several days after April 12th, especially for International backers which takes a bit longer to get into the system. We do this "pre-printed" stage to help speed up the fulfillment process since we are a very small team and have hundreds packages to prep. We really appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for bringing this project to life!
